A few weeks back we decided we needed before and after photos of the weight loss results possible from a juice cleanse, and who better to do a juice cleanse and showcase the results than us! My wonderful graphic designer, Aubrey, and I decided to commit to a 7-day juice cleanse, record our measurements, and take photographs.
Here are the results of our 7-day juice cleanse!

My "before" weight was 173 and my "after" weight was 168. What was more amazing than losing 5 lbs in a week was the transformation of my waist, and the overall slimming of my entire body. My stomach has always been the part of my body that makes me uncomfortable in clothes and is now so much slimmer that it's almost a non-issue. I also had several shirts that were too tight in the arms and across my back that I can wear again. The dress in both photos was noticeably shorter and tighter in the before picture.
Aubrey was already quite slim and so I couldn't imagine how she could get any thinner. Her "before" weight was 137 lbs. and her "after" was 129 lbs. When we were at the after shoot we both couldn't believe the transformation in one week. We wore the exact same dresses for both photoshoots and couldn't believe our eyes at how much thinner we both were.
We both followed the recommendations we give all of our customers: drink 6 juices per day, drink water, rest, and eat raw fruits and/or vegetables if necessary.
Both Aubrey and I found that the end of day 2 and all of day 3 were the hardest of the 7-day juice cleanse, and surprisingly woke up on day 4 with a much smaller appetite. The rest of the raw juice cleanse was easy, however, we did want to eat real food after the cleanse was over.
