3 Hangover Prevention Tips
We're all adults here, but unfortunately time after time we've done it... over-indulged in too many cocktails (even when we don't plan on it). Here's how we deal with avoiding hangovers.
- DRINK A GREEN JUICE (or 3) the day that you plan to be drinking. The vitamins and minerals will help prevent a hangover the next day.
- SKIP THE SUGARY MIXERS and opt for fresh juice or clear mixers like club soda, tonic, or seltzer.
- ALTERNATE EACH DRINK WITH A GLASS OF WATER
