Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate craving? Crush it with this creamy dairy-free chocolate pudding! It’s sweetened with maple syrup, a superior sweetener to ordinary table sugar because it has a lower glycemic index and provides a variety of minerals and antioxidants. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe avocados 
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder OR cacao powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt 

You’ll need: a food processor or blender

Servings: 2 

DIRECTIONS: 

Blend all ingredients until creamy and enjoy!

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp. salt

You’ll need: a food processor or blender

Raw Snowball Cookies 

These healthy yet decadent RAW cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and made with 100% plant-based ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups raw dates
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans (if you have a nut allergy, use your favorite raw seed like pumpkin or hemp)
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS:

1. Put dates into a large bowl and mash them into a paste with a wooden spoon.

2. Fold in pecans until they are evenly distributed.

3. Take a small handful of your mix and roll into a ball.

4. Pour shredded coconut into a small dish. Roll your date ball in the coconut until it is fully coated.

5. Repeat until you've used up the mixture and serve.
