All of these vital nutrients are blended into an easily digestible and absorbable form, making them an optimum way to properly nourish your body.

Here are two simple to make and delicious smoothie recipes! Just take the ingredients listed below, put all into a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Smoothies Made with Green Juice

Pineapple Green Smoothie

  • 8 oz. Heal & Hydrate juice                                     
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • Few fresh mint leaves to taste (optional)      

Peachy Keen Green Smoothie

  • 1 peach
  • 1 frozen ripe banana                        
  • 8 oz. Energy & Endurance juice
  • Water to desired consistency
